CUSTODY SPECIALISTS is a private investigative agency which has focused exclusively on child custody and all aspects of family law cases for over 29 years. Licensed in Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado and Utah, it has conducted investigations throughout the United States and in numerous foreign countries. By employing unique and creative methods in conducting surveillance on these types of cases, it has allowed the agency to develop evidence in cases, where others had attempted and failed. Since the agency is focused only on this type of case, it is more aware of the issues in which the court has interest, and avoids areas of irrelevance to best utilize the retainer advanced. Custody Specialists was initially established in Phoenix, Arizona in 1975, and in Los Angeles in 1976. The agency, Custody Specialists, was also featured in an exclusive 18-minute segment of an NBC news program. The network followed cases in several states over a four month period in order to produce a piece for David Brinkley News Magazine. All of the featured stories, both in print and in the television feature, dealt with child custody investigations.
