Sure they are awesome when they pick your car up. But try getting it back. The says they will have someone there to release the car when you call them, but no one shows up for 5 hours. Try calling back and no one is there. Call on another number and oh there they are. But still no one will show upto release the car. I've had 3 different people call for me and still no one shows up. So then you get the police involved, and they say "oh yes we know that adress, another lady had a problem getting her car back." And still no one show up. So tomorrow or the next day when we call instead of the $150 for one day, it will be 300-500$. Oh and they say the are always open then why can know one pick up the phone? And the lot is unfenced parking lot of an apartment complex

I called for a tow, I was able to get the price over the phone, and he was there in less than 10 minutes!
