TERRIBLE customer service. My 1st scheduled appt was Friday between 12-4, they never showed up. I got a call at 7:45 stating they were on their way. This was too late for my family. Rescheduled to Saturday between 8-9, no show, I had to call to see where the tech was. He was at their warehouse 45 minutes away picking up supplies for the day. This is a terrible company. Overpromise and absolutley underperform. If you say your going to be somewhere at a allotted time and you cannot you need to call the customer.

Action came out, replaced a part in my dryer and had the same problem less than a week later. Tech was VERY late twice (like 3 hours). Not sure the guy really knew what he was doing - and will not call them again. I only hope it stays fixed. They felt kind of shady in my opinion.

Action came out on time, and fixed my GE refrigerator without too much hassle. I liked he fact that they did it quickly, and had the part with them on thier truck. I will use them agian if needed (lets hope i dont for awhile :) ) . 5 stars
