A Bob's Towing

This company hit my parked car in Philly and will not make their wrong a right. There were many witnesses to the driver hitting not only my car but several others in the street.

Worst towing company ever!! They had me waiting 2 1/2 hours on 95 in Pennsylvania highway. Did they call and tell me that they were running behind? NO! And when I called, they kept telling me that they would be there in 20 minutes!! Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They should be shut down!!

My car was towed illegally to this place.This is a small hole in the wall dirty place. Their lot is 3 blocks away off a small dirty street back in the woods across from some kind a factory. They keep the cars in some dirty lot, that has a sign for "Car Parts" on the gate. There are car parts and doors all over the place. The lot they show on their web site is not the lot they use. I would never use or recommend this towing place.I would love to see their "state of the art" paint booth they advertise.This place is a joke!!!!
