Been eating there for years since it’s opened. Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Always great food. As with any restaurant the occasionally have a bad apple as far as staff but no one can expect to never have that issue. Any minor issues I’ve ever had were taken care of by management promptly. I live one mile so trust me I eat there every week two or three times.

This location is always packed when I go. Friendly staff and great food, even for the pickiest of eaters. Leave with a full belly for a wonderful price and it's hard to not want to shop for the neat nick-naks in the store. (^_^)

I wish I could give no stars. I went in for take out today because I wanted a good dinner I didn't feel like cooking. I will never return! I go in as soon as I approach the counter the young lady at the register has a bad attitude. Ask how can she help I say I have a Togo order. She said rudely what's the name? I'm thinking wow what's her problem? Then she gets my food still with her funky attitude then says sign this. She definitely shouldn't be on the register at all with that attitude. Oh and my food was horrible. My mashed potatoes won't fully cooked I was so disappointed. I'll only go to mt.juliet for now on.

Well the gift shop is sorta nice...the restaurant is ok... But the food was not good. My gf had the chicken fried steak, i tried it, it taste old and greasy.. I had the roast beef and it was one of the worst looking meals i've been served in a long time. Almost all of the sides we ordered tasted the same..blaa and bland no seasoning on anything. The kids' plates were obviously thrown together and not cooked properly, prolly cus the cook knows its going to be eaten by a child? This was my first and only time i will try a cracker barrel, real bad first impression... I would not advise eating here.

We go to this location sometimes, and we've never had a problem with it. the servers are always polite and several times, the manager has come out to make sure everything is satisfactory without being prompted. The food is always great and, with the exception of one minor incident, fresh. As a matter of fact, we would have eaten there tonight if they weren't already closed. I love it there.

Gone to this location for years, historically has been excellent service. Over the past few months the wait time for food has gotten worse and worse. Last two visits were on Sunday night after 8:30pm, very few customers. Wait time was 45 minutes each time, ridiculous!



The servers are still excellent, but evidently the kitchen has gone to pot. The food is good, when you finally get it, but never had a visit from a manager; the servers say the kitchen is always behind, the cashier says it's a kitchen issue. Talked to the cashier and asked her to advise management that their businesss is going to greatly suffer, but got no confidence that she was going to.
