        Heiner does not like it when you question him

        I've taken my kids to this location for over 10 years. Today Dr. Hiener no longer wanted me and my kids as a customer because he said we questioned his prescription. And he did this after the eye exam was complete and paid for. He created a scene, with the support of his staff, making it look like I was causing an issue. Mackenzie did a great job of putting words in my mouth and gas-lighting. She waited at the door of the office and watched us leave and then threatened to call security. Be very careful if you are customer that asks questions or make Heiner or his staff feel in anyway like they have made a mistake. Luckily I have video of today and will be filing a complaint. I know I'm not the only one whose had this experience.

        Absolute worst service ever. .told us 1 week to get glasses then called 4 days later and said the frames don't fit the lense..so went in to pick out more and told her we may wanted the prescription asks was told we should find a different doctor..well duhhhh

        Very personable

        I went to Nampa Family Eyecare this week and had a GREAT experience. It was the first time I've been to an eye doctor in a very long time so I was very nervous. The staff made me feel at home and were all very nice. The machinery was new, and they talked me through each step. Dr. Heiner was very awesome! He made me feel comfortable and told jokes and helped me relax. He was very patient with my questions and explained everything in English for me. Very nice gentleman.
