Overall

Have been a customer of this store for more than 9 years and find this to be a great place to do all my personal & business mailings and needs..why pay UPS, FedEx and DHL international pickup rates when I can drop all my packages and mail off at this store....FOR FREE!!!!



Gentleman behind the counter is very, very helpful and understands the needs of his customers...Will even correct your address mistakes so your package will get to its correct place.....a bad zip could cause a 1 to 2 day delay in shipping and supplies me with the most cost effective shipping service.....Will even give you a reciept for your drop - off. Shows you how to track your package to make sure it gets there on time (even returns you shipping cost if it late!!!!! So long as delay is not caused by Mother Nature or an act of God!



I recommend this shipping store HIGHLY!

AVOID THIS STORE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! FEDEX/KINKO's, USPS, UPS, etc. are all 10000000% BETTER BY FAR...



This man "Charles A.K.A. Charlie" truly needs to retire and do something he enjoys. I have a firm belief that no one should do something they don't like and it is very clear he hates his job and is one of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with.



I've been to this location six times. Every time I go I just let him provide the typical rude service but I just relied on an old saying: "kill them with kindness." I never let him get to me but rather I just remained professional and polite. I would always answer him with "yes sir, no sir, thank you, etc." It was all in hopes he may change his attitude. Unfortunately, it never has worked. Each and every time I am in there he is so rude and not just to me but to others. The last time I was there he wasn't rude to me at all but went off on someone else due to she didn't know the exact address she was shipping to. She told him she would call and get it and he just told her she should have it ready when she gets in line. Yes! He may have a point but when your job is service you should provide it politely and not be a jerk about it.



Who knows? Maybe I just go in when it's his time of the month but I swear he truly needs to do something that makes him happy. I've never met a homeless person as miserable as he is.



I know...I know... why did I continue to go back? I assure it it was only due to the convenience of the location. However, I assure you I would drive to Tulsa before I gave him a dime again.



Before writing this review I thought I would call and explain my concerns. However, when I called I first asked for his name. Here is how the call went: I asked him if I could please get his name. His response was: "What do you want?" I apologized and said I only wanted to know whom I was speaking to. His response was: "I said what do you want?" of course in a much louder voice. I then said that it was a very simple question that I am asking. I am asking you what your name is. He then asked why and I let him know that I was going to write feedback on how my experience in his store has been and he said: "Fine! You do that. Do whatever the hell you want to do. My name is Charles." Click!



I didn't expect anything less. The sad part is I never once said that it was going to be negative feedback. :)



I would bet that he gets so many complaints that he is just in constant defensive mode. If he truly cared about his customers he would ask what the problem was and attempt to rectify it instead of being rude and not giving a ****.



Check out his Yahoo reviews and you can see his classy response to Joe's complaint from back in 2011' Instead of apologizing for the price and explaining it in-detail. He goes into defensive and attack mode. Still the same three years later. I guess some people never learn.

Great place to do business.......

Great place to do business.....Where else can you go to get Faxing, Coping, mailing & Great Service? Counter was busy when we opened the door, but the clerk welcomed us while helping another lady to her shipping!!!! Great prices and wounderfully funny signage all over the walls....



Thanx for a wounderful experience......
