Incredible Cuts Inc

The owner, Michel Osborne has been cutting my and my son's hair for several years. I love the atmosphere, the friendly stylists, and the get it right attitude of everyone that works at Incredible Cuts. I've never had a bad experience, and always walk away with what I've asked for. I would, and have, recommended Incredible Cuts for my friends and family.

It is easy to get an appt. to accommodate your schedule. I have been going here for a year and enjoy the atmosphere in the salon. Michele does a great job on my color, she always gets it just right. I have never had to have her redo anything that was wrong. The other girls in the salon are very friendly and fun to visit with. I would recommend Incredible Cuts for the entire family.

They have a huge sign out front that says "Walk Ins Welcome". That is not true. My daughter and I were walk-ins and they were rude and unprofessional. Kimberly loudly informed Michel that she was not taking anyone else that day and that they had two other people that needed haircuts already. I almost turned around and left and now I wish I had. Michel scheduled us to come back later. We did. My daughter's hair had to be fixed when we got home because the bangs were very uneven. I'm going to have to find someone else to fix mine as well. It was supposed to be layered and I look like a mushroom. It is AWFUL. She didn't even bother to blow dry my hair or my daughter's (it was cold outside), so we didn't even see how bad it was until we got home and it dried. I've had my hair layered many times before and this is by far the worst. Based on the bad hair cuts and the way we were greeted, there is no way I would ever go back there. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

Would not go back. Paid $90 to hair my hair ruined. Then spent more money fixing it that same night. I felt rushed out the door and felt like she didn't listen to me. I wanted highlights and instead she colored my entire hair...everything but the back. I've never had such a horrible experience.

My husband and I have been going to Michel for several years, we are always satisfied with our haircuts. When she dyes my hair it is always much better than I could have imagined. While Michel is working on my hair I am busy looking at the other hair stylist in the shop and all the ladies turn out very happy customers. Thank-You for all your kindness and making me feel very special while in your care. Ladies you are doing and awesome job.

I've been going here since 2008 and got a crazy mohawk that was done awesomely by Michel Osborne, and her daughter Kiera is a professional at what she does too. I've never been anywhere else and I plan on staying!

I been getting my haircut from Michel for 8 years. It started at Super Cuts in Bethany then Super Cuts on 3rd st then I followed her to Incredible Cuts in Mustang then to Classic Cuts then she bought Incredible Cuts and I been since. She cuts my whole families hair and they all do a outstanding job everytime. All the ladies, kiera, kimberly, jayme and michel are all professional and friendly. I recently did à dj job for kimberly all staff was presents and treated me the same as if I was at the salon getting a hair cut. They all out up with my crap and jokes when i go in but they would't have me any other way!!!! And they have fit me in on busy days when I didn't have a appt. Thanks ladies you do a awesome job for me and my family!!!!

Your right I think someone is off their rocker!!! I go to this salon a lot. Michel puts high lights in my hair and always cuts it the way I ask. Michel and the other ladies in the salon are professional and always greet everyone that walks through the door. They have a very nice set up, its always clean and nice. They have awesome products for sale at reasonable prices. There is nothing wrong with this salon, just someone having a crappy poor day and taking it out on this salon for no reason. I have been going to this salon for a while now, my boyfriend introduced me to Michel and I haven't been anywhere else because I LOVE the service I receive from Michel and the other staff. Michel is not my blood family but I do treat her as such cause she is a very GOOD person and does good things for our community!!!!! Rock on girls, yall the best!!! love ya.....Carrie :)

Wow.....I think this reviewer was having a really bad day. A former stylist under the old ownership perhaps? hmmm? I've been a client of the owner for 5.5 years, and still continue to go there because nowhere else EVER does my hair the way I want it. This reviewer appears to be one of those annoyingly snarky whiners that will never be happy or satisfied with anyone or anything. The ladies at this salon are professional and friendly. Kristindawn, you really need to get over yourself.

I've been going here since Feb. and all I have gotten is EXCELLENT service. I have been very pleased with my hair each and every time I go in, which is often. I'm very impressed with how professional the whole staff is, they also make you feel at home and comfortable. It is a very friendly atmosphere and I feel so welcomed every time I walk in. All of the stylists are very talented and their work shows it. Hands down, this is the BEST establishment I have ever been in that has done my hair RIGHT. I plan on continuing my visits to this salon for a very long time!

i have been coming to the salon since michel became the owner and have never had a bad experience. when i go in i dont request a certain stylist, because they are all wonderful. i have never left as an unsatisfied customer, and will continue to go there!

Incredible cuts is the best place to go. I have gotten my hair cut here forever and have not had any complaints. Fun friendly staff from owner to the stylist . Great prices and great service.

I came to this salon today and got the best service I've ever had. I got a cut and a color and both are great! The customer service is unmatched and the product selection was endless. Prices are reasonable and decor is cute and inviting. I will be back and i will send anyone I know you should get your hair done there too! My stylist was Jayme :)

I've been getting my hair cut by Michel for close to 5 years. A year ago I moved to Denver, but Michel is the only person I trust to do my hair right. Now that she's the owner of Incredible Cuts, I can say Incredible Cuts is my new favorite salon.



Michel does an amazing job with my long, unruly hair. I've never left less than thrilled. She takes the time to ask first, cut last, so I never have to worry that she might cut more than I'm comfortable with.



Not only does she do a great job with my hair, she also waxes my eyebrows into submission while also taking special care of my super sensitive skin. It's incredible how a good wax changes your appearance so much.



The salon itself is cute and inviting, and a lot of great products at great prices. The staff have always been friendly, and Michel has a great team.



It's worth the drive from Denver, and I'll just keep coming back.

New Owners = Bad Business! They are very unprofessional. I gave my little sister money to have her hair done for Mothers Day. This somewhere she has gotten her hair done for years. They are under new owndership and have lost any quality stylist and do not know what customer service is. The stylist was 30 minutes late for the appointment. After 3 hours the highlights were uneven, about 1inch from the scalp and extremely blotchy. There was also a large portion on the back of her head where there were zero highlights! The owner offered to "fix" her daughters horrid job if we would wait until she was done with a walk-in male client. After 3 hours and being so upset with how her hair turned out we just wanted our money back. They refused and deposited it as soon as she left.



In addition to the horrible quality and service, the staff was very immature and unprofessional. They spoke about how they were in the process of rebuilding a couch to bring into the salon to take naps on because business was so slow. Then stylist talked about how she quit at Super Cuts because they were too hard on her for how slow she was. Really ... Super Cuts? Of all the small businesses in the Mustang area, this make me really disappointed to live and do business in the area. I hope to see this facility close soon.



If you hate someone, send them here. Waste of money, and double loss as we are going to have to spend another $80 to have someone fix what has already been paid for.
