Company responded to my request for service on the same day request was made. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. Technician Eric called 20 minutes ahead of time to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived within the scheduled time. Technician was friendly and professional at all times. He did a very thorough job, cleaned up after himself and left everything as he found it. After he was finished, he explained what he did. I was very impressed by the quality of his work. I definitely will recommend the company to others. I will call them again as needed.

Called Hutchinson Heating & Air after a horrible experience with a previous contractor. Orlando came out the same day and diagnosed and fixed the issues. The previous contractor had replaced the 2nd floor AC unit capacitor with the incorrect size and wired it in backwards. The fan was rotating backwards when it turned at all. The unit was not producing cold air and was making horrible noises. Orlando changed the capacitor, rewired the unit, topped off the Freon, and did a tune-up on both AC units. He explained everything he found and fixed. The unit is much quieter now and actually produces cold air! I will be using Hutchinson Heating & Air for yearly tune-ups from now on.

Hottest day of the year, A/C decided not to come on. Called several companies (all from Angies List) and no one could fit us in for two or three days. When I called Hutchinson and explained situation, they asked if "today" would be soon enough. YEAH! Jesse was here at the designated time, got right to work and found the problem. He fixed, then did a complete check of the system and cleaned the filter for us. Ours is an older unit, but he found it to be in excellent working order. Another YEAH!!!!! He was very professional, obviously knew what to look for and how to fix. Exceptionally pleased and though we hope not to have these problems again in the near future, if we do, we know who to call, FIRST.

Orlando and an employee came out today - even earlier than our appt time. Our air was acting up (figures, one of the hottest days of the year) and checked it out.
Our house is 26 years old and we've never had the A/C ever serviced. (shame on us)!They could have sold us a new unit, which we will need eventually, but diagnosed our problem and fixed it. We needed a new compressor and some freon. The air works perfectly now, thank goodness, and we haven't had any problems at all.
They were professional, left the area clean and the cost was more than reasonable. When we do need a new unit, they will definitely be the ones we call. I highly recommend Orlando and his company. Thanks guys!

As always Orlando Hutchinson and his crew arrived as scheduled and did a thorough job of checking and tuning up my a/c to get it ready for the long hot summer. Orlando even gave me a heads up regarding the R22 refrigerant phase out. Basically the refrigerant my unit uses will no longer be produced by manufacturers by 2020 and will only be available in recovered/recycled/reclaimed form. I appreciate the information as it enables me to prepare for future repairs or replacement of parts and even the unit itself so I am not caught unawares.

Called and made an appointment the day before. Was given a window of 12 to 1 pm. Orlando called about 10 min before 12 to say they were 3 miles away and would be here shortly. Arrived right at 12 and I explained what the home inspector had found and had requested repair by our buyer. Went right to work and only took about 15 min to repair issue.

One of our two A/C units died, after only 13 years of use. After discussing options with Orlando, who we have utilized services for several times, we chose a high efficiency unit. This included changing out a FAU and some ducting too. Four guys were here to do this job, including Orlando. For all the work that was done, it went pretty fast. Orlando said the original ducting was improperly installed, and that was partially why the old unit died prematurely (he said they should last 20-30 years). Orlando's guys are all very professional, and I trust them. But, I expected to see a decrease in my electric bill; so far, that has NOT happened. Everything is working well, though. I would still hire them back for future services.

They were professional. They showed up on time. I never had any issues with them. I believe their pricing was reasonable. The quality of work was very good. I would use them again in the future.

It was very hot and my AC broke down after 23 years. I was afraid that it was going to be a very expensive repair but only the fuse was the source of the problem. They checked the free on, tested every vent in the house and made sure I was taken care of that day even though they had no appointments available. I appreciated their extra effort.

What a pleasant experience. A/C not working with 100 plus degrees in August. Tom and Orlando (owner) saved the day. Discovered the problem - set the price - completed the work. Very reasonable price for the amount of work done. I will always call this company to do any heating a/c work.

One of the two A/C unit that I have for my home stop producing cold air. Both units worked just fined beside the upstairs unit blew warm air. So I contact a different big name a/c repair company. They came out and told me that my unit was leaking Freon, and that it couldn't be repaired, that the unit needed to be replace at a cost of $8000.00. I contacted HUTCHINSON HEATING & AIR and told them my problem base off what the other company stated. They came out and within 5 minutes they located the leak. They drained the Freon, repaired the leak, and refilled it. Less than 2 hours all repairs were completed and my A/C is working better than ever (real cold), for only $750. Outstanding service!! The customer service and communication is second to none. Just give the guys some cold water to drink.
