First appointment miss due to a "computer glitch" second appointment another 1-6 window the tech did not show or call, I call the next day and was told his car broke down and had not phone service, what? Third appointment, 5pm still waiting and no one is answering the phone again!

Our story is no that much different from the rest. Sears uses D and J Appliance Repair when their service people are booked-up, which is a shame because D and J will trick you, telling you something is happening when nothing is. They will not answer the phone; so you can’t contact them, adding to the frustration. They lie to you. They don’t show up for appointments, adding to the outrage. They go through Sears, and they lie to them. Would not be surprised if they were scamming for money. The bottom-line is don’t believe them, don’t trust them, don’t use them.

Exceptionally unprofessional. On Monday, Frigidaire scheduled these guys to come out Friday morning (some time from 8-noon). I called them on Thursday to confirm, since I'd heard nothing from them. They said we were still on. Then the guys says he was supposed to call me, because it would be in the PM, not the AM. (Glad I called) Bottom line, they never showed up, never called. Simply rude and unprofessional. Oh, then they lied to Frigidaire & told them it was my fault, since they called & got no answer. I had no missed call & no voicemail.

Never use this company. been without a working microwave for 3 months now. HHGREGG should remove them from the warranty service list.

D & J Appliance Parts & SVC....Never use this company! Do not return phone calls and service is totally unacceptable.. Tell Geek Squad to remove them from warranty provider list...Been without a working stove 10 days and still no time frame to be fixed...
