We make an appointment every time we take our two dogs in but its starting to take longer and longer to get them out and the quality of work is not as good as when they first opened. If it doesn't change we will be looking for a new groomer.

I have been taking my two min schnauzers to the fluffy puppy since they first opened and I have to say I use to love them when they where at their old location but now that they are growing it seem that they are not paying attention to the small details and the last time I took my dogs they came back with fleas. I really wish they were like they use to be because now I am having to look for a new dog groomers. I think they need to slow down and pay better attention to details.

Where are the cookies I ordered in early August. Somebody dropped the Ball. Don't return phone calls. Is it worth losing me as a customer?

Hello , this is Shannon the owner of The Fluffy Puppy in response to our pricing all quotes on the phone are that just quotes and prices are subject to change due to condition, hair style add on's and more time spent on certain dogs. We are more than happy to explain any charges that might occur at the time of service. I am not sure about the $27 dollar charge because all my prices are even numbers except for retail. And about the pack of chihuahuas those are my personal dogs I apologize for their behavior it is something we are working on , but if you know that very well they can be very vocal. Awesome place great prices and the little doggies are really not that bad kinda of cute if you ask me wish I could take my dogs to work

It seems as the people working the counter, can't make up their mind as to what to charge. Every time we have contact them, a different price is quoted for the same service. We only get the nails cut, glands cleaned wash. Was quoted $18.00 on phone,went in and was ask to pay $20.00, this has happen 2 times. Another lady advised that she took 2 dogs in identical, was charged $20.00 on first dog, them advised that second dog would be $27.00 for same service. They need to get it together at the counter and on the phone.

Did a great job on my dog but very unprofessional man at the counter and got attacked by a pack of chiwawas on the way in. Probably wont be back.
