        owners are very nice

        this is a nice place for the cheap rent that you pay.very quiet.great place when you are on a budget.doesnt have telephones in rooms and kitchenettes but you can have your own put in.not bad considering the bills are paid,free cable,working kitchen area in kitchenettes,furnished with a table,bed,dresser,tv.not bad at all.=) owners are very nice too.
