Divine Nails

Really love this salon. I've been coming here for years and have always been happy with my nails. I've brought my friends and daughters here and they have always been happy also.

Terrible

I walked in with my 4year old daughter for pedicures. I ordered the Deluxe and asked how much for her. They said $25, that to me is ridiculous for a toddler when I can go right down the road and get it for $10. So after asking them to paint her toes, which crushed her, they gave me terrible service. What was supposed to be a deluxe, relaxing pedicure turned into stress, carelessness and it only lasted maybe 20mins. I am a very easy going person and usually don't rate things but this really upset me and I don't recommend this place.

Best nail salon I've ever been to. I've been going here for years and I've never had a problem. Love their deluxe pedicure (comes with paraffin wax) for $35. It's usually at least $40 at other salons I've been too. The owner and staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. Best place by far!

The pedicure I got was ok, but within 2 hours of leaving my nail chipped. I live across town and drove back there to get it fixed. They wouldn't fix it, they said they were too busy. I have never had such cheap nail polish that it would chip with 2 hours of leaving. I just wasted $30 on a pedicure that I now have to go home and remove because I don't have the color to fix it myself. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

My friends and I went to Divine nails on a Saturday evening. We were doing a girls night out. There was 8 of us and we all were able to sit together thanks to us calling ahead a couple of hours and letting them know we would be there. I was very surprised as usually other places deal with large groups horribly. We will definitely be back! Evryone was very kind and friendly too!

Not sure why everyone only ever gives negative feedback. So here's mine! This place is awesome! Trina is the BEST nail person I have EVER had do my nails. The environment is very clean & relaxing and everyone is very friendly and polite. I will only ever go here to get my toes and nails done. :)

Hi B m T, Thanks for your feedback. I was actually here at the time of your incident and I remember it very clearly... Our princess pedicures are $25 and includes a foot soak in our hello kitty spa chair, nails trim, nails shaped, cuticles trim, pumice stone scrub, sea salt scrub, massage, cooling gel, hot towels, and polish. We even polish their fingernails for FREE! Your technician did tell you that we could not match the $10 pedi that you get down the street, because our company prices are set FIRM. I'm sorry that you feel like you had a stressful experience, but your technician did try her best to give you a relaxing deluxe pedicure and was extremely professional about the situation.

Hi Corrales, I'm very sorry for your experience. However, I did look at our appointment book, and no one was scheduled after 4pm on Sunday Feb 10 to get a full set. However, we did get overbooked by walk-ins that day... Whenever we get overbooked, we will stop taking walk-ins so our employees will get off on time to spend time with their families Sunday evening. Since we are a 7 day salon, it is very important that our employees get off on time, so they can have time with their families. However, I will talk to my receptionist to see if he did make an appointment for you. I hope that you can give us a chance to show you that we do offer good service here at Divine Nails. Thanks!

I had called here to check their hours and so forth... I even called two different times to see if they had time for two people to get a full set of nails... Me and my cousin WALKED to their place just to walk in and for them to say, "sorry were booked for the rest of the day" even though I had set an appointment for the both of us, they also said would you like to set an appointment for tomorrow? And I was so furiously mad, I just said I'm busy tomorrow and walked out. I felt very poor service. I'm sure their a great salon. But that was very disappointing.

I highly disagree with HALFPINT. This is the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to. They disinfect EVERYTHING. Trina is very friendly and a great manager. After going to divine nails, I refuse to get my nails done somewhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SALON

This place was not good and I won't be back. I got a pedicure and when cutting my nails they hurt. When they used the scraper they washed it off in the dirty tub water and put it back in the basket for the next customer (they did not pull it out of a sanitized area when I came in). They put a dirty towel down for my feet and she even noticed it was dirty but just flipped it over. Worst was that she dropped the hot towels on the floor by accident and still wrapped them around my legs instead of getting clean ones.

The staff here is great. Very friendly & very clean salon. Rachel was great. I highly recommend this salon.

This place is very clean and professional. There is never a wait and they always have enough people working unlike other places. The owner manages this salon very well and really cares about the customers. They also do the best fake nails I've ever had. This is the best nail salon I've ever ever been to and I'd definitely recommend it to everyone.

This place was very clean and everyone was so professional! I've been to all the places around Moore and this one is simply the best! Will definitely be coming back!

I walked in and was seated right away but that where the good customer service ends. I sat down to put my feet in a cold tub of water. I wasn't told there would be any wait. 30 minutes later they still hadn't started to work on me. I walked out. I told the lady who seated me that I was leaving cause they didn't tell me there was a wait. She proceeded to tell me she was done with the mani she was working on but she clearly wasn't close to done. By the way...the lady who was seated next to me waited almost an hour before they started on her and she said it wasn't worth the wait. Go to TMT Nails down the street...don't waste your time with Divine Nails.
