Jaguar Cleaners & Formal Wear

After calling and inquiring about laudry service a few days earlier, I visited Jaguar Cleaners with my basket of laudry. On the phone they had stated the cost for wash and dry was $10 per small basket, couldn't be overfilled. The woman that waited on me walked by me (in between me and another customer), she looked depressed. She did not say excuse me. When she went behind the counter she mumbled something, and I indicated I did not hear her. I picked up my container with the items and she asked for my phone number, printed out a ticket and told me it would be ready tomorrow. I then asked her what the cost would be. She told me $30.00. She was somewhat defensive in attitude. I asked her to place my items in their basket to measure. She didn't even fill her basket to capacity. The other lady then intervened and stated we're not even supposed to do blankets. My laundry was enough to fill 2 of their baskets, but she still insisted it would be $30.00. I told them I'm willing to pay $20.00. I took my basket and left. On another note, she said several times that you can call "him." I'm assuming she meant the owner. Shame on those ladies at Jaguar Cleaners for trying to rip somebody off!! They are not the only cleaners in town..
