Dependable Disposal Service

This company is now C&C Disposal. They are quick to cash my check, but never pick up the phone to notify if the day of your pickup is changing or if the driver can't get to the trash. They just stop picking up the trash, but are happy to keep the money I paid them. And when you call the company no one answers the phone, and if they do call you back, they always say I will have to get with the driver. Then they don't call you back, you have to call them again, and leave another message to wait for them to call you back. Ridiculous!!

Worst company I don't know how they still even have customers! They never pick up the phone out of the month they only pick your trash up 2-3 times if lucky when you try to address the issue the lady on the phone doesn't care about customers and starts yelling over the phone she is extremely rude.

Surprised they stay in business! No one EVER answers the phone or returns calls when you leave a message because all you get is a voicemail! They skip trash pickup frequently so stray dogs get into your trash and it's all over the street! Worst business by far that I've ever dealt with!!!!

Terrible service they won't answer phone calls. They don't give a reason for not taking trash and the guys on the road give false information

This company goes by C & C Disposal as well. I made a inquiry phone call to ask about additional charges to pick up extra bags of trash and it was told to me it would run me about $124 and all trash had to be picked up together at one time. I told the person I spoke to I would need to talk it over with my roommate due to the price and would need it done by the weekend if we agreed. Well I never agreed to have it picked up and two week latter on our regular pick up day we put out trash at the end of the driveway to be picked up.i had trash bags we were collecting for the one time pick up and price that was discussed and had not confirmed the pick up at that time. The guys came on to our property took the bags (8) and now being charged $70 for the pick up that was never agreed on or confirmed on. I also spoke to the manager of the facility and was no help at all very rude. They are threatening to suspend service by January if not paid and a $25 to reinstate service if not paid on time. I do not recommend this company!
