Partners Bank of California

I have had the experience that when you open an account with Partner's Bank of CA that they will close the account on you basically with little notice. A CD account was opened with a cashier's check and all information provided was verified. The bank closed the CD and has refused to do business with me. No notice of why the account was closed. Beware of this bank as they have no customer service or loyalty to any of their customers; especially the CEO.
