TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED, and i'm usually not hard to please! Was willing to pay the ridiculous amount when i was told they would and could put layers into my 4 yr old daughters hair. But either the man wasn't listening or had no idea what he was doing. I paid $18.50 to watch him comb her hair repeatedly and make a few snips. Gave him the benefit of the doubt, I don't do hair, maybe I missed something. ( Plus I just wanted to get outta there, the dust on their overpriced stuff was getting to me.) But sure enough....he was just an actor....not a single layer, nothing like i asked. Just a mediocre trim. :(
