Shepherds In Tosa

I will never go back to this establishment. The people go there to fight or get laid, stay in groups and eyeball everyone else quietly hoping for a brawl. This place wreaks of tension and the service is slow, I would recommend going there if you wanted to get hepatitis but thats about it. Food is horrible, and the people that regular are simply disgusting, non-intelectual, thuggish, and loud. Maybe if they got rid of the broke down pool tables in the back it wouldn't attract such a despicable clientele. I just can't say enough about how much this place sucks. Makes me want to move far away from Milwuakee seeing the people that regular this establishment, I hope it is sold into more responsible hands ASAP!!!
