We live in the general area to Brewski's and were glad to see that the restaurant was converted to a steak place rather than the other places not worth mentioning. We both had the prime rib dinner and it was superb - in fact the best prime rib we ever tasted. The meat was so tender you didn't even need a knife to cut it and the taste was outstanding. It was quite busy (7pm) but our service was still very good. At 9pm when we left there were still so many people waiting to be seated. Along with dinner was a relish tray, warm bread, salad and choice of potato. Menu isn't that extensive but will suit different palates. Drink menu is also very good and the different flavored martini's are really tasty too. Prices are the norm compared to other steak places. It hasn't been open that long and I think the staff are still getting used to operating the place but with a little tweeking it will be running very smooth. Would definetely recommend trying it.

Great place, I have been there many times (to many) since they opend. It has always been GREAT. The whole staff does a great job. Keep it up.
