Loucci's NY Pizza

This place has my favorite pizza in Milwaukee - delivery is always fast & hot. Great NY pizza, & their other food has been really tasty. I always order from here for a night in or when I'm too tired to cook.

My order took almost 4 hours to be delivered because the manager "forgot" to give it to the cook. They refused a refund because "You got your food hot and fresh". Then, the food made me sick to my stomach. Don't waste your time or money on this place!

I had this pizza earlier today and this is the best tasting pizza i've had in a while!! it was googy and delicious and packed with fresh toppings. I had no problems with the service - the woman who took my order was nice and the food was ready sooner than she said it would be. I'm actually thinking about taking a loong lunch break to zip by there and get a whole pie so my coworkers can taste it.

I called to ask a question like I always do before ordering at new places, and the dude that answered the phone was really rude and disrespectful. Thank goodness I didn't spend any money on this place and I never would in the future. I wish I could rate them a 0. I give them a bad rating just for customer service. I know that if their bad on customer service, then their food has got to be 2x worse

never again!!! Their customer service is horrible, i didnt recieve all my food and what I did get was completely incorrect as well as them taking over 1hr and a half to bring the food. It took them three times to get my order fixed and were very disrespectful for their errors
