The supervisor Tyrone needs to receive his walking papers as well as a bus driver Christine. This driver has spoke out of turn to my child, she is face book friends with a child now for the second time when asked by the school not to do so and she still did it again...this child and the bus driver now take it upon themselves to bullying on my child since I went to the supervisors about this situation and nothing is being done. No disciplinary action is being taken and I will not rest until they do so.. Rite way sucks and they need to be shut down. They deserve no stars they had to get one for the rating but they SUCK, SUCK, SUCK, SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! this company is by far the worst. They hire the most illiterate people to drive these school busses. My daughter is the only child in a wheelchair on her bus. I guess it's an "inconvenience" for the drivers to deal w/ her because some days they don't even show up to my home then I take my daughter to school to hear the other kids were dropped off. My daughters school starts at 7:30am, she's there for therapy until 10:30am so when my daughters bus shows up to pick her up at 7:50 she LATE! Her pick up time is at 7:12am. Then to top it off the dispatch operators have the nastiest attitudes in the morning. It's ridiculous! The millroad location needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!! I'm absolutely disgusted w/ Riteway! You guys don't deserve 1 star!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Before this email was sent I place a call to the dispatcher informing her that a forty foot school bus was occupying the space in front my residence the reason for my call is to inform here that I am a disable person and that this particular sport is where all medical transportation pull up to service my needs please have the individual park appropriately either a little lower or higher her response was!

As long as the individual is park on the street and there is no sign saying no parking he or she is welcome to park and I quote from her words.

Knowing full well that some has acquired position in a job and has little or no common sense every situation merits a special kind of person who has to make a good judgment call I excuse her comment

However I want to make it known that the inconsideration and lack of good judgment shown by the dispatcher was unacceptable and rude.

Bus number 0830 a product of Go Right way from the Mill Road terminal should be return to its depot not park in front my resident after school hours.

Let’s not make this situation a federal case let’s just do what is the right thing to do allow some space in front my resident to care for my needs.

ANNOYED

Everyday my child is late coming home from school. They never keep the same bus drivers causing late pickup and drop off. Hate this bus company!!!

This bus company sucks the school bus drivers always late then when u call the dispatcher female has a nasty attitude they need to close this mill road office down they are the reason why my child is not attending his school next year due to this unprofessional bus company wouldn't recommend their service to anyone

Please read the review on Google. Driver was over an hour late, skipped picking up another set of people, called the mother of the bride during the ceremony, caused people to be late to the ceremony.....never responded when we asked for some of our money back. Don't use these people.
