They were a hour late. But they called and warned me before they came. When they came they found the furnace not to be in the best of shape and I ended up getting a new one. They installed and it was a great price

Service was on time and reasonable. They came out. Told us what the problem was. Fixed and was a pleasure to deal with

Pricing saved me a ton of money. Was gonna pay a different company a $1000 more for the same job. Thanks DRS

Only thing they're interested in is the sale. Don't think for one minute about servicing the equipment they install it or not. Alex is an idiot who thinks that the only thing they do is change the air filter. Everything else is someone else's job. He will pass the buck without blinking.
