My husband and I walked into the store and we're pleasantly greeted and questioned about our carpeting needs. As s she asked us to go look in the back, another customer came in, and she proceeded to take care of them. Her associate then came in the back, and asked us a few questions and another set of customers came in and once again, she went to take care of them, andleft us again. We were the first ones there, with no help.WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? I will let all my frinds abd family know NOT to shop in your place of business.
