I always felt at ease and all my questions were answered. The staff the day of were very sweet and nice to me as well, they reassured me that i was in good hands and i believed them.

Everyone was easy to read pre-op, but the day of surgery I was extremely nervous and did not really feel like anyone took the time to calm me down. Everything seemed very rushed

The whole staff at Pure since day one where very attentive, professional, caring. Answered all my questions within timely manner. The ladies in the OR where super caring and compassionate. Dr. Earle listened to the results I wanted and was very honest with me which I appreciated. Cannot wait for the swelling to come down but so far I am happy with my overall shape.

All the office staff have been extremely polite and helpful from the first phone call to pre op. I feel very welcomed
