BUYER BEWARE!!! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere! My wife purchased a mouthpiece for my son's french horn, and was told by store owner that the one she purchased would be the same as the one recommeded from the band teacher; although it was a different brand. We soon found out that the one purchased was not able to be used per the band teacher. My wife went back to the store and made multiple phone calls in order to get a refund, per the mouthpiece was unopened in the package and she had her receipt. The owner refused to refund the money and became very unprofessional yelling at us on the phone. She was beyond ridiculous and refused to make ANY attempt to reconcile the situation. I have never been treated like this by a business owner. Zero customer service, and zero professionalism! Save yourself the hassle of dealing with someone that could care less and is strictly out for themselves. The owner definitely needs to keep our money and needs it more than us, as her doors will be closed in no time at all.

I love Payless. They have tons of shoes, boots, purses, and accessories. They don't cost much and they look great.
