        I need to ask a question over the phone. Do you not have a system set up to talk to an actual person at the store I called? This is terrible. I should not have to go to the web site to get my question answered. I do not have an answer to my question. If I could give 1/2 a star I would.

        Truck Stolen 6/26/12 in Daylight!

        My black F250 Harley EdItion, crew cab w/red flames was stolen from lot. Was locked w/alarm on. Cops didn't respond to 911 call. No glass, appears they punch in keys in code strip+pop out lock. Do NOT SHOP There!! No One cared!!!

        What kind of business has their phones set up so you can't talk to a person. I had lost a set of keys and just want to call and ask if anyone had found them, forget the phone , I had to drive 13 miles to ask.

        Not a safe parking lot for your vehicle. Someone tried to steal ours. Thankfully failed. The manager tried to say it was rare. The responding officers said it was common. So shop here at the risk of walking home. Stay AWAY.

        Don't bother to call this phone number. It's a tape that leads nowhere and won't let you talk to anyone. Good for store hours and return policy but that's it. Nice store with lots of choices and merchandise. Quality is average.
