My Big Fat Greek Restaurant

My husband picked up take out here and the bartender took it upon herself to add in a five dollar tip for herself on our debit card after my husband left. When i called the manager to complain i never even received an apology, just a "We'll look into it." Yes, my card was credited back the theft of money but they never acted surprised or apolegetic or anything.



On another trip prior we asked to have the pita bread in the hummus sampler replaced with cucumbers. They said they couldn't without the $2.00 up charge. I explained that I can not eat bread and that cucumbers were actually cheaper for the restaurant but they still said no. Will NEVER eat here again.

Tried this restaurant the other day for lunch. Outside are banners that advertise $5.95 lunch. Went in and sat for awhile before anyone approached us. Very slow to react and the restaurant was empty.



Ordered Mousakka for $8.95. (yeah where is the $5.95 meals???) I got about 2 oz of ground beef with a slice of eggplant and cheese. Less than a bowl of salad on thE side. No rice, no pita breat no tsilaki sauce....nothing. BUT LOTS OF PORCELAIN.



I love Mediterranean/Greek food and have been to some terrific venues that are reasonable AND GENEROUS



When asked where the pita bread was...server told me it would be "extra." Now we are at $9.50 plus another $2.00 for a drink....$11.50 and I'm still hungry.



The server could have cared less and didn't offer an explanation or a refund. In addition the food was below mediocre.



I cannot rate this place as is was just terrible. I could have gone to so many places for $12 and had a generous and tasty portions.



I will never, ever step foot into your restaurant again. You lost two customers and I will tell everyone I meet that you would not even do anything about my complaints.



Do not eat at My Big Fat Greek or you will be a victim of A Big Fat RIP OFF...
