DO NOT RETAIN THIS FIRM FOR PERSONAL INJURY. I was hit by a car a year ago, fractured arm, proven on x-ray, retained Robert K Young & Assocs, they said it was an excellent case and would do well. Endured painful mos. of PT, went to EBT & ins co exams, and just heard that my case was DISMISSED before a judge under motion for summary judgment - I RECEIVED NO DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, nada, zip, zero. Still have the arm pain and no compensation. The law firm did not present my x-rays to the judge so he doubted I had a fracture at all! TOTALLY INCOMPETENT, choose a reputable firm.
