I've been dealing with this company since February. Mailed in a rebate on 2/20/14 and was told it would take 6-8 weeks for processing/delivery. Called on 5/7/14 and was told I was included in the 4/4/14 batch but that it wasn't released and nobody knew when it would be. Asked to talk to a manager, was put into voicemail and never received a return call. Involved the BBB and then got a response that my check would be mailed the end of May. Called 6/4/14 and still no rebate - said it was mailed on 5/27 and to give it 10 days. Called again on 6/12/14 and they confirmed address and said they would cancel first card and send out another one. I asked for some sort of delivery confirmation and they stated that wouldn't be possible. If you search the internet, you'll see this is some sort of SCAM and is without a doubt, FRAUDULENT activity. I don't know if they think customers will get fed up and give up, but I'm waiting on a $700 rebate and I won't stop until I receive it.
