Since 1976, Swift Treadwell & Co has served the Memphis area and eastern Arkansas by building homes of distinction for the most discerning homeowners. Over the years, that has also evolved into innovative remodeling, renovations and specialty additions. Many of the homes we have built were designed by some of the region's premier architects. A measure of the appreciation for our work has come in the form of repeat business, referrals and in many cases, unsolicited letters of commendation praising the caliber of our work. We are building for the future in several ways. Spike Treadwell has grown up in the business and is taking on increasing roles with our customers. Since college, he has worked on a full-time basis to coordinate construction in order to ensure the utmost quality and satisfaction. His current responsibility as project manager includes estimating, job supervision, field personnel allocation, product quality and other duties. Our experienced staff and subcontractor network, assembled over many years, has been part and parcel of our success. We know and you know what to expect from these seasoned veterans who continue to hone their craftmanship. They demand excellence of themselves and prove it year after year. In fact, some of them have been a part of our team for more than 20 years. That all spells true dependability. Even our decision to move our office to a new location at 5178 Wheelis Drive in East Memphis was driven by customer convenience. It also provides good proximity to our primary market base, allowing quicker response time. There's nothing like the pride of home ownership.
