MobileVet is an incredible veterinary practice! Dr. Moffatt brings her clinic to my home, treating my pets (dog and cat) for yearly check ups, sickness, and emergencies. Not only do my pets not have the stress of traveling to and from an office, but it is ultimately convenient, revolving around my schedule! After taking my pets to other local practices, I was ecstatic when MobileVet began offering in home services, and have used them since they opened. Dr. Moffatt and her employees are professional, friendly, accessible, and take excellent care of my pets. They have helped me with euthanasia for my cat, the untimely death of our family dog, and countless check ups and care taking for other pets along the way. Dr. Moffatt even provided extensive consultation with a veterinary practice out of town when we were traveling and my dog got extremely sick and had to have emergency surgery. I can not recommend this practice highly enough. Dr. Moffatt loves animals and I love MobileVet!

Dr. Moffatt has been taking care of my pets for years. I have worked with several other vet offices in Memphis and Mobilevet Memphis by far offers the best services in town. One of our dogs gets car sick, so having the vet clinic come to us is fantastic. The rates are more reasonable than places I have used in the past, and the staff is amazing. When our 15 year old dog reached the end of her life, it was a decision we had to make very quickly. Not only did Dr. Moffatt agree to come to our house that day, but she and her staff did everything they could to make that horrible day as easy as possible. We got to say goodbye to our sweet girl in the comfort of our own home and Dr. Moffatt and her staff took care of all of the details-including arranging for cremation per our request. For me, customer service is about the details-like taking care of burial/cremation of my dog, or working with me in a pinch to get medication refills before my family goes on a last minute trip. I have never had a bad experience with this practice and look forward to Dr. Moffatt taking care of my pets in the future.
