As the Director of Hope Of Glory Christian Academy we are firm believers of what our center stands for. We answer to both of these complaints with a sincere of respect toward our hard work and dedication for children. The owners, and the staff and myself are really working harder to provide a great service to all of our kids. If a parent wants to have a party at our center they are welcome to do so, yes we are a Christian center, but we have parents who want's there children to enjoy their big day. We work with all children no matter what their illness is, we are a loving kind center. These two complaints against the hundreds of great jobs we get from other social sites . So we thank you and our family members who decided to report our center, because they are mad . Thanks You....

this ridiculous place gets 0 stars, it made me add a star. dang i really didnt want to post this but i cant help but post this. anthony is full of ignorant pride and drama and so is the owner. the minute you want to ask them about your child that may seem to put them at ANY fault or a fear of putting them at any fault they go off on you and dont want to have anything to do with your or "that child". that makes them suspicious heck. your child goes from being a name to "that child" when they get mad. they are HIGHLY defensive and ghetto. they play k97 loudly through the daycare for their kids and dang i thought it was a christian daycare - u dont blast that grown music (censored or not) round no toddlers spirits. if they dont feel "like dealin' with you" then they will hang up in your face again and again. then the owner will defend herself and that director anthony and they take no pride in putting the desires of the parent first when it comes to a conflict. and if they feel they have done something for you then they rub it in your face. they accuse everyone else of the drama but honestly they are just that unprofessional that if they dont feel like you let them do what they want they tell you to take your kids out of their daycare - like you arent suppose to hold them and your own family to decent standards. hood as ever. no way to run a business. if you want ur children in a christian atmosphere dont put them there. if you dont mind your child being carnal and cant demonstrate Christ then let them go there and learn all the rap and r&b songs, shake they butts and have attitudes, get rewarded with candy then put them there. Now on the flip side - educational wise - my son was diagnosed with autism and for allllllllll the drama anthony gave us my boy learned to do much better but everything else was so questionable - this is an awful feeling as a parent - what to do. but of course i took both my kids out. i just called back up there to ask about some behaviors in my son for the purpose of helping my son and his therapists for his treatments and anthony automatically assumed i was accusing them of something and hung up on me AGAIN. seems the only way i can talk to them is if i go off now, so i called back and then of course i went off from him going off on me (which i shouldnt have done) but then upon us hanging up he tells the girl who answered the phone before to not answer anymore of my calls! one of the reasons why i had to leave memphis... so many people there blind with ignorant pride. NOOOOOO humility or patience and full of hypocrisy. im trying to find Christ in anything ive had to write for this review... now i need to go repent.

I TOOK MY DAUGHTER OUT OF THIS DAYCARE BECAUSE THE OWNER NOR THE DIRECTOR HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR THE PARENT(S) OF THE CHILDREN THEY PROVIDE SERVICES FOR. THE STAFF WAS LATE DROPPING MY DAUGHTER OFF SEVERAL TIMES BUT WOULD LEAVE HER IN THE MORNINGS IF I DIDNT HAVE HER OUT OF THE DOOR IN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME. WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE OWNER TODAY SHE WAS VERY RUDE, NASTY, AND EXTREMELY SARCASTIC WITH ME BECAUSE I ASKED HER WHAT TIME I COULD EXPECT MY BABY TO ARRIVE HOME...........THEY WERE ALREADY 45 MINUTES LATE. SHE TOLD ME "IT WASNT HER FAULT HER STAFF WAS SICK AND THEY WERE LATE DROPPING HER OFF!" I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I UNDERSTAND HER BEING SHORTSTAFFED BUT SHE NEEDS TO ALSO UNDERSTAND ME HAVING CONCERN FOR MY CHILD. SHORTLY THEN AFTER, THE DIRECTOR (OWNER'S DAUGHTER) ARRIVES WITH MY DAUGHTER...WITH AN ATTITUDE JUST AS FILTHY AS HER MOTHER'S, SHE SHOWED NO CONCERN FOR MY POINT OF VIEWS SO I TOLD HER MY DAUGHTER WOULD NOT BE RETURNING. THESE PEOPLE ARE IGNORANT AND TACKY!!
