Dr. Deanna L. Owen, PHD

Dr. Owen has been the best psychologist I have ever seen, and believe me there have been many in the last 30 years. She is so caring and a great listener. I really like that she always made me feel comfortable and never judged me no matter how unpleasant my memories were to talk about. She has changed my life and I can't imagine where I would be without her.

Dr Deanna Owen would rather talk about herself, than assist with her patients issues. No listening skills whatsoever.

I set another appointment to give her the benefit of the doubt. I mis-remembered the appoint time and got there at 4pm instead of 3pm. I asked the receptionist if she, (Deanna Owens) would perhaps still be able to meet with me.( I saw her making copies behind the receptionist,) the receptionist went over and asked her if it was possible, she didn't even turn around and acknowledge me. and no luck, (Which I understood.)

I received a $60 bill for missing my appointment. I called the office manager for a possible one time courtesy waiver, the office manager said she'd check and call me back. 2 months later and no call back, then I get a bill for $90.

Thanks, but no Thanks.
