311 Call Center

I want to thank the City 311 Center for a prompt response to the potholes on our streets at Tchulahoma and Christine Roads. The customer rep was very courteous throughout the call and within a week's time our potholes are now all filled. Thank you for keeping us safe and for being attentive!

I have made a request for action through the Mayor's Action Center. This request is over two months old and I have called several times to inquire about the status of this request and why nothing has happened. All I get are excuses and yet no action. My next call will be to News Channel 3 Action Center

I call the Mayor's Action Center to have any area cleaned up at Alcy Rd & Ketchum. I did not get any results. So I wrote Mayor Wharton a letter explaining my concern. To my great surprise, I receivied a call from the Mayor's office at his request. As a result the area was cleaned, the burned out house was torn down and cleared out. I am still waiting for some action to be taken on the burned out apartments on Alcy. I was somewhat satisfied. thanks

Dear Mayor Wharton i wish that we would back taking blood test berfore getting married.Since shelby county has a 20-30% std's and 7,000 hiv cases.Lets stop the vicious cycle,amen!
