Healthy eating and overall health AT the multiple seminars. Lectures and activities planned. This is an ALL inclusive accommodation retreat (meals. Lodging. Activities. ETC. ).
        Location
        Florida Fit Camps are held at the beautiful heartland of Florida, LAKEWOOD RETREAT, in Brooksville, Florida. Lakewood Retreat is a 120 acre parkland with a 500 acre lake offering comfortable motel style lodging with A/C and many amenities. We utilize the great outdoors for our "back to basics" style workouts so that you can continue with your new knowledge and experiences at home.
