The problem with these guys is lack of professionalism and poor work quality. We paved our entire driveway for $30K. The supervisor showed up only at demolition stage several times. After that he did not bother to show up at all. A crew of foreign workers who poorly spoke English or no English at all were left to their own devices most of the time. As a result, I couldn't but be with them all the time trying to do my best for guiding them. But it was only as much as I could do. The pavers were handled extremely carelessly which resulted in about 20% broken or damaged because of that. They just wasted and threw them away to the dumpster. I tried to bring that to the attention of the supervisor to no avail. On my request they tried to repair their doing ordering yet more pavers which was not enough to fix all the pavers damaged. When they did repair, they used two screwdrivers to pick up damaged pavers only to do damage to the neighboring pavers thus producing even more damage. So in the end we decided to stop the "repairing" to save the driveway as is. They also did a lot of damage to the surrounding lawn, the damage that could have been easily avoided had they been real professionals. When I tried to bring the problems to the attention of the supervisor Jerry, he mostly ignored me and after a while just stopped responding at all. I also asked for unbroken spare pavers several times to no avail. Of course, why to bother if everything is already paid in full. We had a very frustrating experience with these guys.
