Southern Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning

Had A gas boiler fail.Paul jr came out at 1030pm .He determine boiler needed to be replaced.He said he would call in the morning with options and price.He did that,he called by 815am and we made our choice.Paul jr and Paul sr was at my home by 10am and job was completed by 6.They were a pleasure to deal with and basement was cleaner then when they arrived.

Came home last night, 6:20 p.m. (27 degrees outside)The house was freezing. Boiler was on but no heat! Called Southern Comfort, Christina answered and was very kind and sympathetic, took the information and called back right away. She said "Paul" would be there between 7-9 p.m. Not only was I surprised she called back so quickly, but that someone would be there THAT night! Well, I went to fill up my kerosene heater since it was so cold and bumped into Paul at the gas station. He had just come from my house and was getting gas for his vehicle. He had changed a part and the heat was up and running! It was now 7:30 p.m. Unbelievable Service. Unbelievable People. Highly recommend.

Unbelievably excellent experience. We recently bought our house and our first attempt to get the A/C working failed. Called Southern Comfort and Paul (the owner's son) came out. He was very knowledgeable and didn't jump to conclusions. Thoroughly troubleshot the problem and explained everything (I learned a lot!). Very, very honest. Plus, both he and his dad (the owner) are very personable, very nice people. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

He is really good man and reliable man. Come to my house twice and fixed the problem until 8 pm!
