        This business does now value customers

        Mom and pop place, they are both pretty sour. The older lady with white (maybe supposed to be blonde?) hair goes out of her way to be confrontational. I am a war veteran with severe hearing loss; the old lady thought that the handicap was fair game to make fun of. Won't throw my business to folks like that. OVS in Mac also does Echo and they are 100% professional.
