Walmart Supercenter

This wal-mart is always way too crowded and filthy. There is never anyone that can help you answer questions. The employees are always so rude.

my family and me always go to wal mart because we live right around the corner from the one on redbud blvd. But this wal mart is always dirty. they never have enough registers open on the weekends, so u find yourself waiting in line for thirty minutes. even if you have just a couple of items to pay for. the store is just very dirty, floors, shelves, and isles. not trying to be rude. but that wal mart attracts a lot of bad people! if i had a choice i would go to the one off mckinney ranch. that one is always clean and has a nice environment. that is all i have to say about that, now you hear?!

I called to see if this store had a large item in stock before I left the house to buy it and the telephone operator tried telling me the person in the head of that department was at lunch and to call back in an hour... I proceeded to ask for a manager or someone who could take a moment to check on this for me other than the one person who was at lunch. The operator was upset about that and huffed and puffed, became rude and said you'll have to give me a minute and I'll check for you and then immediately cut me off and placed me on hold. I wasn't on hold long, but when she returned with the answer- that they had none in stock (that is, if she even honestly looked for me) and then just hung up the phone- I found this to be VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE.
