DO NOT GO TO ANY MONARCH DENTAL .YOU WILL END UP IN THE HOSPITAL.VERY BAD SERVICE AND OVER CHARGE YOU.

I was greeted with a friendly smile by the receptionists and all staff members involved in my visit offered exceptional customer service. The dental staff took time to explain the details of my treatment and answered all my concerns. Prior to leaving, the Office Manager introduced herself and inquired if I was satisfied with my visit and treatment.

My overall experience was that of a private practice.

Most, but not all of the office staff was consistently rude. You think with people out of work Rosen could do a better job employing people to represent his business better. I floss daily, use a Sonic Care brush 2 x daily ,and use a water pik once a day. Thus, I do take care of my teeth. Dr. Rosen did a crown for me in 2010. He was very busy. The crown did not fit correctly at first and adjustments had to be made. It was evident he was in a hurry. I since moved out of state and have a new dentist. Crowns from what I was told by present dentist have to align smoothly. This crown did not. I was told by my current dentist whom ever did this crown did not do me any favors. I needed to have periodontal surgery and a new crown put in due to the edge of the crown Rosen did caused a deep pocket. This happened within within a year of the original crown. Rosen also once did any exam for a routine checkup on me with no overheard dental light on. Again, he was in a hurry. Dentists make money with their own two hands. They are limited on how much money they make due to that fact. More patients the more money they make. If you have other dental options available, I would really consider an alternative dentist other than this place.
