I agree. Very busy people, but very talented to make bookings. They really deal with the hard to satisfy people and are very patient. The other day while waiting to be assisted I was watching that the customer was giving the agent a real hard time. Requested a hotel, then another, then another, then when the hotel was o.k., that customer did not like the price, etc. Well, they wanted a deluxe hotel t the price of a 2 star hotel - that is impossible. The Agent was really very patient and never got upset. Really educated and nice to that hard to satisfy customer.

Probably you were not interested in traveling at all. My family and I ( we are from Mexico) always conact them via e-mail and keep the feedback. You really did not want to travel at all. Sorry if my response offend you. I will continue with Kevins since the service is real good. You should try them again.Don't give up. Regards.

Don't go there. I went to book a trip and was given useful information, but was told I would be emailed and called as a follow-up; that was in May. I have not heard from them and I doubt I will. I am happy to give my business to those who want it. I do not appreciate being told something and then not having them come through. That is not professional at all.

I Booked a trip to Hawaii. They arranged our tours, limo transfers and hotel on the beach. I reccommend Kevins. They certainly understand ones travel needs.
