Matthews Reserve Apartments

The room in this very prejudiced against russkgovoryaschim guests. For office workers like waiting until my child comes home from school last week. At 4.05 p.m. child came home from school and fastened bicycle to the railing under the stairs (as the neighbors at night with 3 floors without asking took his bike) .In 4.08 p.m. machine with the office cut the lock took his bicycle to the office. Office workers did not go past it and drove up to our porch. To return the bike they want to fine us $ 50 for the fact that we have put the bike under the stairs, while in neighboring entrance under the stairs are bicycles and barbecues. Paper from the fire department is forbidden to place bikes under the stairs, they showed us no and told her no. While the apartments are around our apartments are bikes and prams, and none of the staff who do not interfere.

These apartments are the worst that I have visited. an old technique. Windows close and opened with difficulty. Constantly something breaks. Staff aren't competent and arrogant. They consider themselves superior even to the governing bodies. Jim 3 months imposed only basket with garbage and never clean the area. Air conditioning does not work the smell of sweat and dust awful. In Landry machine 4 washed with cold water and hot rinse.

The staff is at first glance very careful, but it's only a first impression it is Forbidden to put the bikes under the stairs, they say, is a prohibited fire departmentom and put on the balcony even though the contract stipulates that fire is forbidden to put the bikes not only on the balcony.When we chose this apartment, we noticed that the other tenants bikes in the fence on the Playground under the stairs designed for bicycles, scooters, strollers, we loved the Scooters were outside, then one day they brought the document, allegedly installed by the fire Department, which prohibits any bike or scooter at the front door including the space under the stairs.We put the bikes into the Parking lot and after 2 days with the Park they disappear. It turns out that their office had already accepted them, and you get them if you pay a penalty of $ 50 for each bike. It turns out, in the Parking lot even you put them is also impossible. disputes they brought them back and thrown under the door.

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS LOCATION..... IF YOU WANT TO BE IN A QUIET AREA BUT NOT BE FAR FROM UPTOWN CHARLOTTE AND SURROUNDING AREAS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MATTHEWS RESERVE. I LOVE LAYING OUT AT THE POOL NOW SINCE THE WEATHER HAS GOTTEN BETTER. MANAGEMENT IS AWESOME!

I have lived here since the Fall of 2012 and have had nothing but Great things to say about this place. Awesome apartment, gym and pool. Cool neighbors and the people in the office & maintenance guys are good too. The gate is working fine now and doesn't appear to have any issues. Very happy I chose this place and just renewed my lease. All in all, very happy and would recommend to all :)

I am a new resident and have lived at Matthews for a few months now and I am definitely pleased with my apartment and the community as a whole. The amenities are great and my favorite is the fitness center as I save on a gym membership since it is roomy and has up to date equipment. My only concern is the access gate that has not been working lately but I have noticed that management is actively working to resolve the issue and I believe are doing there best and that is important to me. You cannot beat the location as you are only minutes from I485 and Independence/74. I would for sure recommend this community to anyone wanting to be in the Matthews area! :-)
