We meet you in your office on 9-24-13 and discussed with you what we wanted to do and you gave us several price ranges on included and excluded certain relatives. So we left you with $1,530.00 and told you that we would discuss it further on exactly what was to be done. We returned to your office one hour later on 9-24-13 to let you know that we wanted you to hold off on everything and we were told by your receptionist Ann that you were gone for the day and would be going out of town for a week. Then we told Ann that we would be going out of town for a week as well to attend a funeral and we would contact Joseph as soon as we returned. Which we did and spoke to John on 10-17-13 and we were told Joseph was not in the office at the time and that he would take a message and have Joseph to contact us, which he did not. Then we called back on 10-22-13 and spoke to Ann and we were told that she would be setting up a phone conference ON 10-24-13 to discuss the changes that would be made to our will and that she would have Joseph to call us, which he did not do. Then we called back on10-24-13 and spoke to Ann again and incurred about the phone conference and was told once again that Joseph was not in the office and we left another message. Then we called back on 10-28-13 and finally spoke to Joseph and told him that we did not want to move forward because there was no communication between us and we still did not finish discussing what changes would be made to the will and we wanted our money back and was told by Joseph that he would not be returning any of the 1,530.00 that was given to him. We believe that Joseph gave us the run around for a month and then talked to us the 30th day, because we did sign paper work and it stated that we had 30 days to cancel our agreement.So Joseph Girard if we do not receive most of our funds back we will be filing a complaint with the State Bar regarding misconduct and misappropriation of funds. The only thing your office did was gave us a consultation and copy/paste on new paper our old will.
