MICHELLE'S PROFESSIONAL PET GROOMING

If I could give 0 stars I would. About 2 months ago my dog developed a sebaceous cyst. We now know the sebaceous cyst and the 2 others that developed on her skin, were caused by the oil that Michelle puts over all the dogs when their grooming appointment is complete. The first sebaceous cyst was on my dog's shoulder, and had started to heal. As it was going to be hitting 110 F outside, we also needed to have my dog groomed. When I dropped my dog off at Michelle's I clearly told her that my dog had a cyst on her shoulder and that she needed to avoid the area. I even pointed out EXACTLY where the cyst was, and Michelle acknowledged that she saw it, and said she would avoid it. 4 hours later when I went to pick up my dog, I came home with a dog who's shoulder cyst and been run over with a blade and had scabbed over. At that moment I vowed never to take my dogs back to such a careless groomer. Unfortunately for my dog that was not the last of the issue. Within TWO days my dogs shoulder had developed an infection, and as we were taking my dog to an emergency vet visit the infected cyst erupted. Now my poor dog was put on antibiotics for over 3 weeks. The cyst would not heal properly due to the damage created by the bacteria that was trapped in her skin under the scab, after her cyst was run over by Michelle's grooming blade. Now my dog has had to have FOURTEEN stitches in her shoulder, because the cyst needed to be surgical removed. Between all the vet visits and surgery we are out over $700 dollars. If you love your dogs like I do, DO NOT take your dog's to this terrible groomer. There are other options in Maricopa, and elsewhere, and they will save you money and save your dog from all the pain and stress my poor dog was forced to endure.

I took my very skiddish dog here for his first grooming since I rescued him. She was so kind and caring, my dog ended up looking and smelling amazing. I will be bringing him back for the rest of his life :) Michelle is surly a great find here in Maricopa and they are very reasonably priced
