Magna Dental

We love Magna dental. We have seen all three Doctors, a father and sons company and we have enjoyed all of them. They are kind, respectful, informative and provide the best care while being gentle. I have anxiety about the dentist and they always are so helpful and respectful of how I am .
I also bring my three children ages 4,7 and 9 years old. It's fun that they enjoy coming out and getting their teeth cleaned and worked on.
I love that they have same Day crowns and have up to date state of the art equipment so you get the best quality of work.

The staff was very friendly and informative. I learned some new things there and felt very comfortable. I love that they are a family run practice, but the news was bad and the cost of their crowns was twice as much as I've ever had to pay before, with insurance, so I wanted a second opinion. When I asked the receptionist to e-mail me my x-rays I was told that their e-mail system was not working, and hadn't been for weeks or months, and IT hadn't been able to fix it, which is very unusual to say the least. She offered to mail them to me but another dentist will probably not be able to see enough from a paper copy. So I asked her to put them on a flash drive for me and was told that the technology is not compatible so they couldn't do it, which I also find very hard to believe.
