SVS Vision

This is the UAW provider for eyeglasses etc. I have glasses that were 2 years old purchased from this location. Took them in for adjustment as they were sliding off my nose. Latoya overheated them and the lenses were ruined. I was leaving for vacation within 2 days. I was given a free exam and told the lenses would be replaced with the new script. Not in time for my departure. Sounds good. I made it clear I was not paying for replacement. However while on vacation I got a voicemail stating they would cover only 70% because they were 2 years old. It has been 3 weeks now Called Headquarters 3 times. No District Managers available due to Christmas Holidays. Next week same thing. This company does not stand behind its products, employees and most importantly its customers.
