        Overall

        Poor customer service this time around. Have worked with Kelly 3x in past and even referred business but she prefers to lose my business over a $50 cancellation charge (no printing occurred, only proof) that wasn't communicated prior to requesting services.

        Graphic Resource did a fabulous job on putting together a collage poster of photos for my mother's funeral service and in a very constricted time frame! Everyone at her service commented on what a great job they did, and wanted know where I had it done....so they could see about getting a reprint for themselves.Thank You So Much!!
