Not only do they tell you that it'll be two weeks to engrave a stone when they actually take a month, but when they finally do go they remove all plantings and throw them to the side without having the decency to put things back the way they were.



This company is completely unprofessional and they lack the empathy this sort of company should have when dealing with a loved one's grave.

I was very unhappy with their service. The co-owner Peter was very rude and lied about how long it would take to get a name put on a headstone. I called left messages for a week with no return phone call, this is almost a month after I paid in full for the name to be written on the stone. After I left a message that was rude I was called back right away not by the owner, I asked why the name was still not on the stone and then they said it takes 4-6 weeks to put a name on a stone, after when I was there and paid they told me it would take 2 weeks. I do not like being lied too. While I was on the phone with the woman Peter told her to tell me to come and get my f%$#@!* money back. When I sent my fiance to get our money back he was also rude to them. I dont know why they would treat someone like this. My family had worked with them before and I dont know if he is having personal problems but this is a very difficule time and I don't think people should be treated like this when they just lost a loved one.
