Found exactly what I wanted for way less than I thought I'd be spending! The staff is extremely helpful and do a great job at helping you find what you need and making you feel important ���� this is my new favorite dress shop!

Tracy & her staff give the worst customer service. Tracy won't even get on the phone when you ask for her directly. I ordered & paid for my dress in full in Feb. & still don't have my dress almost 2 mos. later, after being told it would only take 7 days after being ordered. She does bad business & the customer service stinks. Her employee even had the nerve to say, well we dont give refunds. After not delivering on what she said, if I don't have my dress in time, YES I'M STILL WAITING ON IT, she will be hearing from WSET & the BBB. If it had been up to me, we would've gone to Celebration Bridal or even driven to David's Bridal in Roanoke.

terrible never had my item finished on time lost four weeks dealing with them no phone call to let me know my garment would not be done on time not once but twice terrible customer service

very glad i found this bridal store. amazing customer service and better prices than anything else i saw. my wedding was a dream come true bc of these ladies!!
