On 10-1-15 I had a brief encounter with Ducan. Nothing to really evaluate their work but gave me a shocking experience of pricing; $170 an hour to drive to your location, $85 an hour from the time they hit your door to the time they depart, and that is just to explain the problem and fill out the bill! If they actually do anything…. Like remove the furnace cover, replace a fuse and put the cover back on, the going rate is $170 an hour plus the price of the fuse marked up about 500% over normal retail price. I was assured their pricing is more reasonable than the industry standards. So if money is no object or you just want to make a donation to Duncan HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING. Personally I’ll be looking for an ethical, reasonable company.

Mr. Duncan is heartless! During a burst copper pipe under our house slab 2 days before Christmas, he refused to help us. After many phone calls, I scheduled an appointment with his OTHER company A+ Leak Detection to have our leak detected. Because I did not hire Duncan Plumbing to FIX the leak, he arbitrarily CANCELED my appointment for no good reason, just because he owns both businesses! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All this guy cares about is money and not people!
